I'm back in Portugal at the moment, this is my interpretation of Sacrifice by Anouk (off the Together Alone album).. Took me three or four takes to get it right and actually in this case, the camera ran out of memory but, most of it is there!

"I Listen"

The lyrics to I Listen came to me in the usual way, sitting and chilling with my guitar.. After the first two lines the song took me in a completely different direction and I ended up writing a song that reveals a small part of my reflections on the world I guess.. Instead of my personal experiences..

Ok, the sound quality is screwed.. There is fading of the sound because the sound check guys didn't have a second stand for the guitar's microphone so they cellotaped it to the mic stand - not much I could do..! As a result the guitar can be quiet and then louder.. sorry but anyway.. The beats are a bit quiet but oh well - I had an awesome time so I hope you enjoy it too!
